Cable glands and cord grips

Eaton's Capri hazardous area ADE series cable glands have a broad range of dedicated accessories to support installation and provide additional functionality.

Accessories included in the range: external clamping modules, lead sheath washers, deluge seals, HTL4 lubricants and TSC compounds.

ADE-5F deluge seal

The ADE-5F deluge seal provides IP sealing on the ADE-5F cable gland and prevents corrosion of the cable armour.

External clamping module

Clamping module is used for cable clamping and it provides strain relief on glands.

Lead sheath washer

Used for cables with inner metallic sheath. The lead sheath washer provides earthing for the inner sheath.

HTL4 lubricant

This is a high temperature thread lubricant which can prevent thread seizing, rust, galling and galvanic action.

TSC compound

This fast action compound can be used to seal cable gland compound chambers for barrier glands.
