Capri BVL & BVP - marine cable glands

Our range of marine BVL / BVP cable glands are specific marine and Navy cable management solutions as per DTCN 5975 CA standards.

These low-tight cable glands allow the connection of non-armored and steel wire braided armored cables. Depending on the models, made of natural brass or polyamide, the cable glands accommodate a locknut and achieve a perfect tensile strength as well as an IP54.

With two operating temperature ranges, the marine BVL / BVP ranges meet the different requirements for cable entry management in medium marine environments.

Non-armored cable
Cable with insulated conductors, with no layer of mechanical (metallic) protection.
SWB steel wire braided cable
Steel wire braided cable to give mechanical and signal interference protection to conductors.

Perfect adaptability to extreme and medium environments

Depending on the models, two operating temperature ranges are proposed: -20°C to +80°C (BVP model) and -40°C to +130°C (BVL model) - these cable glands fully meet the current needs for cable entry management in extreme and medium marine environments.
