Stimula Chardonnay

Stimula Chardonnay is a novel yeast nutrient consisting of 100% yeast autolysate, which is particularly rich in amino acids, vitamins and minerals. The highly specific composition with important cofactors promotes the formation of higher alcohols and their volatile esters by the yeast.
