Bev. Treat. Malolactic Bacteria

Viniflora FREASY CH 11

Viniflora FREASY CH11 malolactic bacteria is a special selected Oenococcus Oeni culture from German Riesling must for the malolactic fermentation of white – and rosé wines. The innovative frozen culture technology secures the direct inoculation of the frozen pellets. The advantage of this technology is that the malolactic fermentation (MLF) starts faster and the MLF finish faster in comparison to freeze-dried malolactic bacteria. The direct inoculation culture Viniflora FREASY CH11 is suitable for co-inoculation in grape must at low pH and low fermentation temperature (~14 °C, 57.2 °F).
