Bev. Treat. Malolactic Bacteria

Viniflora FREASY CiNe

Viniflora FREASY CiNe malolactic bacteria are frozen malolactic bacteria cultures for the degradation of L-malic acid to L-lactic acid without diacetyl production. The innovative frozen culture technology secures the direct inoculation of the frozen pellets. The advantage of this technology is, that the malolactic fermentation (MLF) starts faster and the MLF finish faster in comparison to freeze-dried malolactic bacteria. Viniflora FREASY CiNe malolactic bacteria are citric-negative Oenocuccos Oeni culture which do not degrade the citric acid to diacetyl and acetic acid and 2.3-Butanediol. The wines become more harmonious, milder and typical of the grape variety without sensory overlays.
