BACTILESS Nature

BACTILESS Nature is a chitosan based natural biopolymer. The special formula of BACTILESS Nature (from fungal Aspergillus niger origin and specific yeast cell walls) allows an easy removal of undesirable acetic acid and lactic bacteria in must/wine without affecting the yeast population.
