SIHA Tannin FC

SIHA Tannin FC fining agent is a special tannic acid for color stabilization. It can either be added directly during mash fermentation or during the fermentation of red musts. Subsequent treatment of unsulphured young wines can increase the effectiveness further. SIHA Tannin FC fining agent is a natural product that helps to protect the natural potential of colors and tastes from undesirable oxidation and to optimize self-clarification.
