Memshield 4 MCCB Panelboards

Memshield 4 panelboard is designed to be positioned as the leader in safety performance and providing unique features to support critical systems within commercial and industrial buildings. This panelboard system combines highest levels of electrical safety in a late stage with increased efficiency and reduced downtime thanks to system components available off the shelf. Memshield 4 is cost effective, customizable and optimized to speed up change-over time and the fitting of additional circuits. Memshield 4 meets the true spirit of the requirements acc. to BS EN 61439-2. Design and layout are perfectly coordinated with the existing Memshield 3 MCCB panelboard range.

  • Self guiding contact fingers maintain IPXXB during installation, protecting operators and supporting increased safety levels
  • Rear guides maintain carriage alignment
  • Adaptor carriage enables the fit of standard off the shelf mccb’s. Both 3 pole with neutral module and 4 pole devices can be installed. NZM1 also offers SPN.  Installation is quick without the need to tighten connections

  • Racking feature to assist install and removal of carriage
  • Plugin busbar allows the user to fit any combination of devices side by side, fully utilising the busbar stack. NZM3  outgoers can only be fitted in 630 A / 800 A PB, provision is made for one per side at the bottom of the busbar

  • Form 4 Type 6 compartmentalised is provided by segregation modules, routing outgoing cables into neighbouring side cableways. These modules are simply fitted to a standard board
  • Form 4 Type 6 group mounted is provided by the fitting of mccb finger guards
