AutoVAR 300

The Eaton AutoVAR 300 is designed for low-voltage applications with a variable system load where maintaining a precise target power factor is required. Remotely control banks of contactor-connected capacitors

A door-mounted microprocessor controller with optional communication capabilities via a Modbus RS-485 (additional communication protocols supported via Eaton PXG900) allows users to remotely control the capacitors connected to the AutoVAR 300.

Easily meet power factor target values

The load is monitored so that the AutoVAR 300 can automatically bring individual capacitors in and out as required to meet the necessary power factor.
