LALVIN PERSY YSEO is suitable for rosé wines, red wine mashes and red wine musts from grapes from Syrah, Tempranillo and Pinot Noir grapes. The aim of the selection was to develop fruit flavors and to create flavor components typical of grape varieties during alcoholic fermentation.
