Uvaferm SVG

Uvaferm SVG yeast is a specially selected dry active yeast from the Loire Valley in France. The selection goal was to promote the varietal characteristics especially for Sauvignon Blanc wines. Uvaferm SVG yeast produces modern white wines. Suitable grape varieties are Sauvignon Blanc, Riesling and Pinot Gris.
