High-quality fittings to ensure long life

Just as mini channels are carefully crafted for long life and excellent service, so to are the system fittings. Mini channel strut fittings are formed from hot-rolled pickled and oiled strip or sheet steel (ASTM A1011, HSLAS, Grade 50, Class 1)

Unless otherwise noted on the drawings, all fitting feature these dimensions:

• Hole size: 9/32" (7.14mm) diameter
• Hole spacing: 13/32" (10.3mm) from end and 1-1/16" (27.0mm) on-center
• Width: 13/16" (20.6mm)
• Thickness: 1/8" (3.2mm)
• Materials and finishes:
• Plain (ASTM A1011, HSLAS, Grade 50, Class 1)
• Electro-plated zinc (ASTM B633 SC3 Type II), DURA GREEN™
• Pre-galvanized (ASTM A653 33,000 psi min. yield)
• Hot-dipped galvanized (ASTM A123)
