In keeping with the high level of quality, durability and reliability that characterizes Eaton’s B-Line series strut system, the B-Line series fittings and accessories are available in all the materials, finishes and configurations necessary to work in conjunction with B-Line series channel.
Made from hot-rolled pickled and oiled plate or strip steel in accordance with ASTM A1018 33,000 psi minimum yield (unless otherwise noted), they provide ease of installation to help save time and money and enable the long service life that offers high value over time.

B-Line series fittings feature these materials and finishes unless noted otherwise:

Hardware
Nuts and bolts are not included with the fittings and must be ordered separately unless otherwise indicated.
Pre-assembled fittings
Hex head cap screws and channel nuts come pre-assembled with some fittings. In the catalog, these fittings are indicated with designation PA.
Load data
Published load data includes a safety factor of 2.5 when used with 12-gauge (2.6mm) channel. The safety factor is the ratio of ultimate load to design load. For the rated results, use ½”-13 x 7/8” hex head cap screws and ½”-13 (N225 or TN225) channel nuts.
