PURE-LEES LONGEVITY

PURE-LEES LONGEVITY is a wine treatment product that has been developed in cooperation with INRA Montpellier. This specific inactive yeast preparation is characterized by a strong binding capacity of dissolved oxygen, which thus protects the wine against oxidation during storage and maturation.
