Viniflora FREASY CH 16

Viniflora FREASY CH16 malolactic bacteria is a frozen, concentrated malolactic bacteria starter culture for the malolactic fermentation during red wine making. The innovative frozen culture technology secures the direct inoculation of the frozen pellets. The advantage of this technology is that the malolactic fermentation (MLF) starts faster and the MLF finish faster in comparison to freeze-dried malolactic bacteria. The direct inoculation culture Viniflora FREASY CH16 malolactic bacteria is suitable for the inoculation during red wine making up to 16% vol. and pH-value above 3.4.
