LALVIN CLOS YSEO

LALVIN CLOS YSEO yeast has been selected from Priorat DOC in Spain in cooperation with the University of Rovira, the Faculties of Oenology Tarragona and Lallemand.

This dry active yeast is characterized by rapid fermentation and high fermentation activity. Red wines fermented with this yeast obtain a balanced fruit and variety typicity.
