LALVIN ICV Thermo

LALVIN ICV Thermo yeast is a specially selected dry active yeast that meets the requirements of thermovinification. The selection work was done by Lallemand and the Institut Coopératif du Vin (ICV). The special advantages are a reliable fermentation activity and the increased formation of berry fruit flavors. LALVIN ICV Thermo yeast is well suited for round, juicy red wines (Pinot Noir, Lemberger, Blauer Portuguese).
