LALVIN MSB YSEO

LALVIN MSB YSEO yeast is suitable for white wine mashes and white wine must from grape varieties like Sauvignon blanc or other thiol-precursor varieties. The yeast was isolated from Marlborough New Zealand during a project led by the R&D Lallemand team. The selection goals were strong fermentation capability with the ability to enhance the thiol aroma compounds during alcoholic fermentation.
