LALVIN Opale YSEO

LALVIN Opale YSEO is a specially selected yeast from the Institut Coopératif du Vin (ICV) from France. In comparison with other yeasts, LALVIN Opale YSEO yeast is characterized by the increased formation of volatile wine aromas. The yeast is particularly suitable for the development of aromatic white and rosé wines.
