Uvaferm HPS YSEO

Uvaferm HPS YSEO yeast is characterized by increased mannoprotein extraction. The yeast strain HPS (high polysaccharide) was developed and patented in cooperation with the research institute Consejo Superior de Investigaciones Científicas (CSIC) in Spain (P200102541). Through the YSEO manufacturing process, the yeast strain Uvaferm HPS YSEO has been improved in the yeast supply, stress application and drying process and was produced more yeast-specific. The suitable grape varieties are Cabernet Sauvignon, Tempranillo, Merlot, Syrah and Black Riesling.
