The special shape of the hood and it's inner lining of sound-absorbing material optimally reduces noise around the telephone. The best acoustic effect is achieved when the back of the protection hood is facing the noise sources or greatest noise source.
Eaton’s telephone protection hoods can be made from synthetic, steel or glass-reinforced polyester (GRP) material.
