LALVIN ResKue is a wine treatment agent that adsorbs unwanted compounds and leads to a stress-free alcoholic fermentation and positive sensoric results (ester formation, fruit aroma) of the wine. LALVIN ResKue is an efficient tool to remove Medium Chain Fatty Acids (SMCFA) and pesticide residues.
