LALVIN D47 YSEO

LALVIN D47 YSEO yeast is a specially selected dry active yeast that is used for the fermentation of white must. The special advantages of the YSEO production process include improved flavor (spiciness, tropical fruit flavors) and pronounced fruit aromas. Particularly suitable for Mediterranean-style white wine grape varieties such as Chardonnay, Pinot Blanc, Ugni Blanc.
