The xEffect E-FAN series was developed to ensure optimized thermal management of industrial enclosures.

It consists of a broad range of products for solving various temperature management challenges, including filter fans with IP54 or IP55 degree of protection, filter pads, radiator and fan heaters, thermostats and hygrostats, as well as glands and fittings.

The xEffect E-FAN filter fans can be integrated into our enclosures without any problems, since most of them feature standardized cutouts.
The four-corner fastening system allows for tool-free installation within seconds and guarantees a secure hold.
And thanks to the cover fastening system, the filter mat can also be quickly replaced.
Airflow-optimized fins and rotor blades ensure maximum airflow with minimal energy consumption.
The E-FAN filter fans can also be equipped with a thermostat that will only come on when cooling is actually necessary.
Thanks to the fluted filter mats, the E-FAN products achieve up to IP55 degree of protection, and the intervals at which they need to be replaced are much longer than with conventional filter media.
E-FAN radiant heaters are ideal for small and medium-sized housings.
The mini radiant heaters come in three different version, with performance ratings of 10, 20 and 30 Watts. The mini-heaters are particularly suitable for use in small housings or for heating isolated spots in sensitive areas.
The E-FAN fan heater is ideally suited for permanent operation in larger electrical cabinets.

Airflow-optimized design

Thanks to the airflow-optimized fins and rotor blades, the xEffect E-FAN filter fans achieve maximum airflow while also ensuring up to IP55 degree of protection.

Thermostats & hygrostats

Thermostats and hygrostats are used for temperature and humidity control. They can switch the filter fans or heaters to adjust the temperature inside the cabinet. Our twin thermostat series offers multiple combinations of two thermostats for complex switching tasks.

Electrical cabinet heating

The E-FAN mini radiant heaters come in three different versions, with performance ratings of 10, 20 and 30 Watts. The mini-heaters are particularly suitable for use in small housings or for heating isolated spots in sensitive areas. The E-FAN radiant heaters are ideal for small and medium-sized housings, while the E-FAN fan heater is ideally suited for permanent operation in larger electrical cabinets.

Ventilation glands and grommets

Ventilation cable glands and pressure compensation elements are used worldwide, especially in moisture- and temperature-sensitive areas, such as photovoltaic and industrial control applications.

Prevention of condensation

Heaters, thermostats and hygrostats prevent condensation and thus protect other electrical components inside the control cabinet from damage.
