Eaton's 03 series band adapter includes all banding backshell solutions for circular connectors and provides 360° EMI shielding of wire bundles. Our self-locking mechanism offers a simple, reliable coupling solution that exceeds performance requirements and provides superior mating compared to conventional self-locking products. Installation is easy, with no specific tools or training required to assemble your interconnect solution.
Our split-shell configuration supports time-saving repair and maintenance by enabling easy access to wires without having to disconnect the entire system. Different shell entry sizes are available to fit your wire assembly. Aerospace-grade plating options including nickel, cadmium and zinc nickel are available and qualified according to applicable standards, and backshells can be ordered on-demand with customer-specific finishes.
Braid is ready to order in 1 foot increment. Our braid material is compliant with QQ-B-575B and ASTM B33. Composite shield support rings also proposed for splicing of shielded cables. Our shield support rings are M85049/93 qualified.
