Unwired pre-terminated conduits are designed specifically to meet customers’ unique mechanical and electrical needs and provide a turnkey, sturdy and highly reliable wire and EMI/RFI solution. Our productes also are manufactured to respective OEM and industry specification while maintaining flexibility for most static and dynamic routing requirements.
The contact with its open barrel is available on strip and packaged with 3000 pieces on each reel. Reel packaging combined with semi or even full automatic crimp tooling help lower production cost for high series volumes. For lower volumes, we offer loose piece packaging adapted for manual crimping processes.
These contacts are available with a wide range of plating to answer to all of your needs in term of electrical performances: we propose gold, gold flash, tin over nickel plating and selective plating options.
