Uvaferm GHM YSEO

Uvaferm GHM YSEO is a specially selected dry active yeast from the University of Geisenheim, Department of Microbiology and Biochemistry, and Lallemand Oenology. A variety of fermentation trials with Uvaferm GHM YSEO yeast in Riesling and other aromatic grape varieties show harmonious and balanced wines.
