Oxygen concentrators

Eaton offers several oxygen concentrators for military aircraft platforms. Our oxygen concentrators work with multiple oxygen sources including high pressure gaseous oxygen systems, liquid oxygen systems (LOX), on-board oxygen generation systems (OBOGS) and ceramic oxygen generating systems.

GGU-24/A oxygen concentrator

Eaton’s GGU-24/A OC1124 oxygen concentrator replaces five-liter liquid oxygen (LOX) converters and eliminates the need for LOX by using engine bleed air and separating atmospheric gases to produce 93 percent or greater oxygen-rich breathing gas. A key component of the on-board oxygen generating system (OBOGS), this concentrator reduces logistical requirements and mitigates risks associated with the handling and use of LOX.

GGU-25/A oxygen concentrator

Our GGU-25/A OC1172 oxygen concentrator provides aircraft with improved oxygen generation performance while reducing weight and the consumption of bleed air. Our oxygen concentrator includes an integral coalescing particulate inlet filter and has an on-aircraft inlet filter replacement. When paired with Eaton’s upgraded OM0063 oxygen monitor, the oxygen concentrator can perform a system-level M-BIT eliminating the need for additional O-Level test assets.

GGU-7/A oxygen concentrator

This GGU-7/A OC1009 oxygen concentrator supplies aviator breathing grade oxygen to aircrews onboard AV8B, T-45 and Czech L-59T aircraft. This oxygen concentrator incorporates a rapid-cycle pressure-swing adsorption process using two molecular sieve filled beds to generate oxygen enriched breathing gas onboard the aircraft. No daily service or depot-level maintenance is required for Eaton’s oxygen concentrator and it delivers significant life cycle cost advantages compared to liquid oxygen concentrators.

OC1093 oxygen concentrator

Our OC1093 oxygen concentrator supplies aviator breathing grade oxygen to aircrews and supports pressure breathing for Gs (PBG) regulators. It eliminates the need for LOX by using engine bleed air and separating atmospheric gases to produce 93 percent or greater oxygen-rich breathing gas. A key component of the on-board oxygen generating system (OBOGS), this concentrator reduces logistical requirements and mitigates risks associated with the handling and use of LOX.

OC1132 oxygen concentrator

Eaton’s OC1132 oxygen concentrator is a high-performance on-board oxygen generating system (OBOGS) concentrator for single and dual seat aircraft that accommodates a wide range of applications including low inlet air pressures. This oxygen concentrator features an integral oxygen monitor/controller that utilizes a current-limiting zirconia oxygen sensor requiring no reference gas or periodic calibration. Comprehensive built-in-tests (BIT) provide self-testing of the oxygen monitor and eliminates the need for organizational-level support equipment. A range of optional electrical and pneumatic inputs and outputs are also available.
