Oxygen regulators

Our military oxygen regulators reliably supply breathing air to aircrews and are available with multiple configurations designed for a variety of inlet pressures and environmental conditions.

ABR-300 advanced breathing regulator

Eaton’s ABR-300 advanced breathing regulator is a positive pressure regulator that provides on-demand oxygen to aircrew during flight. It supplies 100 percent oxygen with no dilution and is designed to work with either liquid oxygen (LOX) or on-board oxygen generating systems (OBOGS). Our ABR-300 is a chest mounted regulator with a smaller package design, wide inlet pressure range and high flow capacity.

CRU-103 oxygen regulator

Our CRU-103 oxygen regulator provides oxygen on demand to aircrew during flight and can adjust to pressure breathing for altitude (PBA) and pressure breathing for G’s (PBG) by increasing or decreasing outlet pressure as required. This chest mounted regulator is a positive pressure regulator supplying 100 percent oxygen with no dilution and is designed to work with either liquid oxygen (LOX) or on-board oxygen generating systems (OBOGS).

CRU-120 oxygen regulator

This CRU-120 oxygen regulator is a personal connector combining the features of our CRU-94/P integrated terminal block with our CRU-79 oxygen regulator. This regulator enables our combat edge system to join with a regulated emergency oxygen system to accurately regulate and extend the duration of breathing oxygen. This chest mounted connector is used as part of an emergency oxygen backup system and requires minimal maintenance.

CRU-121/A oxygen regulator

Our CRU-121/A is a panel mounted, positive pressure oxygen regulator that supplies 100 percent oxygen from 0.0 - 2.0 in. H2O nominal pressure and 3.0 - 5.0 in. H2O in emergency situations up to an altitude ceiling of 40,000 ft. This regulator can be used in liquid oxygen (LOX), gaseous oxygen (GOX) and on-board oxygen generation systems (OBOGS). The CRU-121/A is reliable, compatible with night vision systems and is a direct replacement for most panel mounted regulators.

OR29270 oxygen regulator

Eaton’s OR29270 automatic diluter-demand pressure oxygen regulator supplies aircrew with breathing gas in high altitude flight. This panel mounted regulator is installed between the supply source and crew member’s mask feeding the oxygen supply through a port located on the inlet assembly. Ambient air, used for dilution, enters the regulator through an air valve located on the side of the unit and a built-in pressure reducer regulates the inlet supply pressure to 50 psig (344.7 kPa).

CRU-79/P oxygen regulator

This CRU-79/P OR0024 oxygen regulator is a chest mounted regulator that supplies 100 percent oxygen breathing gas to aircrew at positive pressure from sea level to prevent inward leakage. Our OR0024 is compatible with liquid oxygen (LOX) or gaseous oxygen systems, connects directly to the oxygen mask hose and can interface with the MBU-5/P, MBU-12/P, MBU-14/P, MBU-20/P or equivalent oxygen masks.

OR29255 oxygen regulator

Eaton’s OR29255 automatic diluter-demand pressure breathing oxygen regulator is a lighted, panel mount oxygen regulator for aircrew during high altitude flight. This regulator provides automatic pressure breathing by increasing the regulator outlet pressure from 0 to 15 in. of water (0 to 28 mmHg) based on cabin altitude at 27,000 ft (8,230 m) and above. The oxygen mixture is controlled by automatic air dilution at all flows from sea level to approximately 27,000 ft., and above that altitude 100 percent oxygen is delivered.

High pressure oxygen regulator

Eaton’s high pressure oxygen regulator is a balanced poppet pressure reducing regulator used in primary and emergency life support systems in the advanced seal delivery system minisubmarine. This regulator reduces high pressure oxygen from 3,000 psig to 125 psig and supplies 5 scfm of oxygen full flow range at an inlet of 200 to 3,000 psig. Featuring a nickel-copper body, our high pressure oxygen regulator is corrosion resistant and is designed to be easily accessible without removing the body from the bulkhead. Our high pressure oxygen regulator meets the requirements of MIL-V-24336 and conforms to Level 1/SUBSAFE criteria. All components are oxygen cleaned to MIL-STD-1330.
