Window/Door Contact & Shock Sensors for Intruder Systems

Eaton’s wireless window and door sensors reliably detect intruders’ attempts to enter a building then quickly notify the security system, triggering an alarm. With slimline housing and a choice of colours, they are discreet and easily integrable into homes.

Every device arrives with encrypted, two-way Scantronic Secure Radio, and the range has options for accelerometer and/or magnetic contact detection.

Scantronic Secure Radio (SSR)

SSR is an innovative, backward compatible security system comprising two-way encrypted communication. With SSR, devices become both transmitters and receivers, leading to a range of performance enhancements.

Most burglaries start by forced or unforced entry through doors and windows. Contact sensors provide the ability to trigger an alarm deterring potential intruders before any property is stolen or damaged.

Discreet appearance

With slimline housing and a choice of 3 different finishes (white, brown or grey), the detectors suit all installations seamlessly.

Approved to grade 2 for intrusion

Certified to grade 2, our full range of door contacts are designed to keep intruders with some knowledge of the system, a general set of tools and some specialist equipment out.

Two functions, one detector

The DET-2R-SDC uses two sensors: a magnetically-operated reed switch to detect when a door or window is opened, and an accelerometer to detect shock events.

Easy to install

Signal survey mode uses built-in LEDs to indicate signal strength from the device, giving you confidence in your positioning pre-fixing. Moreover, the devices' 3V CR123 batteries are easy to find in local supermarkets, making installations as simple as possible.
