Stimula Cabernet yeast nutrient is based on 100% yeast autolysate enriched in specific nitrogen compounds (mainly peptide), vitamins (biotin) and minerals (magnesium and zinc). The specific composition with essential cofactors supports the production of higher alcohols and the according esters by the yeast.
