Eaton's automatic transfer switch MATS is the most basic design that will provide a fully functioning and reliable automatic transfer switch.CB class is based on circuit break, PC class in based on disconnect. This automatic open transition transfer switch used for those applications where emergency backup power is required but a momentary loss of power is acceptable on the retransfer from emergency to normal.
