LALVIN R2

LALVIN R2 yeast is a specially selected dry active yeast that is very suitable for the fermentation of white wine must, including must with higher tenure in sugar.  Particularly suitable grape varieties for white wine are Riesling and Sauvignon Blanc, among others.
