LALVIN Rhone 4600

LALVIN Rhone 4600 is a specially selected yeast from Lallemand and Inter-Rhône from the Rhone Valley in France. LALVIN Rhone 4600 Yeast has proven itself in the development of fruity and full-bodied white wines and rosé wines.

The yeast strain is characterized by the development of sensory perceptible apricot and peach notes, which often complement the aroma profiles of the grape varieties.
