HLR solid state relays

Eaton's HLR solid state relays are reliable, responsive and provide high accuracy and precise switching. Installing the relays is simple, fast and safe. Thanks to their compact size, they save additional space inside the control cabinet, allowing you to save both time and money. As the relays produce very little electrical and acoustic noise, their operation is silent, meaning they are ideally suited for noise-sensitive environments, such as offices or hospitals. With no moving or mechanical parts, the solid state relays have a long service life and do not require regular maintenance.

Single-phase devices with integrated heat sink

The single-phase devices feature an integrated heat sink for heat dissipation. Consequently, no separate heat sink is required and the devices are immediately ready for use. Space savings of up to 25% can be achieved due to a width of just 17.8 mm. The relays allow type 2 protection coordination with 16A type B circuit breakers due to the high I²t specification. The devices have a zero-crossing switching output and an integrated varistor for overvoltage protection.

Three-phase devices with integrated heat sink

These relays are designed for switching three-phase loads and use three-pole, fully controlled switching. Machines and systems can be easily monitored with the help of the LED indicator, while the integrated varistor provides overvoltage protection.

Hockey puck version, 45 mm

This single-pole relay features a hockey puck design with a 45 mm wide housing and an integrated varistor. Screw terminals are used for installation. Cables can also be connected by means of ring cable lugs thanks to the removable touch guard.
