According to the EU 606/2009 is the max. Dosage of Bio Yeast cell walls yeast nutrient 3.34 lb/1000 gal (40 g/hl). 

Bio Yeast cell walls yeast nutrient can be added to the process in the following steps:

A: Addition during Rehydration

  • Dosage 1.67-2.50 lb/1000gal (20 – 30 g/hl), dissolve in 10-times water volume and afterwards rehydrate the active dry yeast

B: Addition after 2/3 of alcoholic fermentation when there is a sluggish fermentation caused by fatty acids (C10-C14)

  • Dosage: 1.67-2.50 lb/1000gal (20 – 30 g/hl), dissolve in 10-times water volume and afterwards added the solution to the wine

C: Addition to wine for increasing the grape varietal aroma

  • Dosage: 0.83-1.67 lb/1000gal (10 – 20 g/hl) without dissolving, direct addition to the wine
