LALVIN S MM Yeast is a specially selected dry active yeast strain from Saccharomyces Bayanus, which is used very reliably in the fermentation of white sparkling wines. LALVIN S MM Yeast produces a relatively neutral sparkling wine with a good balance between fruit and elegance.
