LALVIN S6U

LALVIN S6U yeast is a specially selected dry active yeast that is particularly suitable for the fermentation of must with a low amount of extract. Due to its specific metabolism characteristics, LALVIN S6U yeast on average generates 0.13 – 0.27 oz/gal (1 – 2 g/l) more glycerin than most other dry active yeasts.
