Eaton’s payload parachute release system is a highly reliable and fully automatic seawater activated electro-explosive release. The unit actuates within two seconds of immersion in seawater and is unaffected by rain, clouds or humidity, functioning only when the system has entered the sea. The system may be refurbished for repeated use.
