LALVIN ICV OKAY Bio is suitable for young, fresh and aromatic rosé and white wines. The selection goal was to reduce SO2, H2S and acetaldehyde formation. The selection work was carried out by Lallemand and the Institut Coopératif du Vin (ICV) using QTL selection technology.
