LALVIN W yeast is a specially selected dry active yeast (origin: LWG Veitshöchheim, Dr. I. Benda) that is suitable for fermentation of white musts. Suitable grape varieties for fermentation with LALVIN W yeast include Silvaner, Burgundy varieties, Riesling, Müller-Thurgau, Gutedel and Bacchus.
