Eaton’s 0603FA fast acting 1.6 mm x 0.8 mm surface mount fuses are designed to EIA/IS-722 for overcurrent protection of electronic circuits.  These chip fuses are AEC-Q200 qualified and meet MIL-STD-202, Method 103B (Load humidity test), MIL-STD-202, Method 106E (Moisture resistance test), MIL-STD-202, Method 107D (Thermal shock test) and MIL-STD-202, Method 204D (High frequency vibration test). This is a RoHS compliant, halogen free, lead free fuse.
