Eaton’s OC1165 high pressure oxygen concentrator, a key component of our advanced medical oxygen generating system, provides a continuous oxygen supply at maximum rates for critical medevac patients and aircraft crew. This oxygen concentrator incorporates a rapid-cycle pressure-swing adsorption process using two molecular sieve filled beds to generate oxygen enriched breathing gas onboard the aircraft. A built-in solid state oxygen monitor ensures consistent gas quality and does not require calibration. Our high pressure oxygen concentrator contains two single-stage air-driven booster pumps that charge aircraft oxygen systems to 350 psig. and features a pneumatically driven slide valve, booster pump controller and electronic built-in test.
