Eaton’s extensive family of drain valves support fuel distribution and inerting system applications and include sump, galley, pipe, and vent drains. In addition to meeting new certification standards, our valves can be used on composite aircraft.
Drains that are visible on the bottom skin are lightning safe and can withstand a fire resistance test without leakage or allowing any internal surfaces to exceed safe fuel tank temperatures
Can have remote access capabilities – providing flexibility in access and installation location
Can have secondary seal that permits O-ring replacement with fuel in tank
Can meet requirements of TSO-C76
