Air Dry Systems

Our Air Dry ADC® gauge valve is designed for use in 0-to-6,000-psi fluid systems. Removing the soft seat cap allows periodic calibration of the line gauge and sampling of fluid media without shutting down the pressurized system. With its proven swaging-free bonnet design, the retention prevents detachment normally caused by over torquing and abuse. No extra parts such as lockwires, pins and yokes are needed. Its built-in locking mechanism is permanently attached to the valve.

Maximum handle torque 50 inch pounds @ 6,000 psig
Stem is easily removed and may be replaced
Cap assembly is retained by a stainless-steel cable for permanent attachment and to prevent loss
Wetted valve parts can be supplied in Monel and standard stainless steel
Connecting tail pieces use O-ring face seals
Sealing is obtained with a metal seat and zero leakage at all pressure gauge snubbers can be connected directly to valve port without adaptors
