1. Project takeoff, quote and scope review
Our team will meet with you to discuss your project in detail, including the project scope, any special requirements or product preferences, and delivery timelines. Our team will use this information, along with a count of all the rough-in locations across the project, to develop and deliver the project takoff.

Additionally, our Engineering team will review all construction documents and identify coordination or code-related issues, passing them along to the Electrical Contractor for submission of an RFI. We'll help you resolve those coordination and inspector headaches before they become a problem in the field!
4. Project management & local sales support
Once we receive drawing sign-off, production of Ruff-IN assemblies begins. You'll receive dedicated factory project management, along with local sales support and expertise every step of the way.
Communication is critical for success throughout the project, and we understand that unexpected changes happen. That's why our Ruff-IN assemblies are built progressively so that changes can be quickly and easily incorporated, typically 2-3 weeks after identification.
5. Customized packaging and labeling
Ruff-IN material is palletized by floor and cartons are are labeled by unit or area, greatly simplifying job site receiving and handling. Ergonomically designed boxes help eliminate the need for special equipment and help reduce material handling risks.
