Capri BV & BV AG5 - marine cable glands

Our range of marine BV / BV AG5 cable glands is specific French Navy cable management solutions as per the former MN 823-C standards. These IP66 tight cable glands allow the connection of non-armored or marine cables without the coupling of the armor.

Made of natural brass or anodised aluminum, the cable glands accommodate a neoprene sealing and achieve an IP tightness on the outer sheath of the cable as well as a perfect tensile strength.

With two operating temperatures ranges, the BV / BV AG5 ranges meet the different requirements for cable entries management for enclosures or bulkhead connections in marine environments.

Strength and corrosion protection

The neoprene sealing ring and locknut achieve both a tensile strength and a protection against corrosion.

Perfect adaptability to medium and extreme environments

Depending on the models, two operating temperature ranges are proposed:

-20°C to +130°C (BV model) and -20°C to +80°C (BV AG5 model) - these cable glands fully meet the current needs for cable entry management in extreme and medium marine environments.
