Industrial connectors, backshells and contacts

ULC feedthrough series with replaceable core

Mateable with the ULC range, the ULC feedthrough with replaceable core ensures the glovebox remains hermetically sealed whatever its life phase during normal usage and maintenance. The replaceable core simplifies the design of complex gloveboxes.

ULC feedthrough connectors with replaceable cores have push-pull connections to prevent accidental disconnections and minimize mating force for improved ergonomics. They're also ultra-safe for operators, with a hermeticity level maintained even during shuttle replacement. Specific tools allow smooth shuttle replacements to change  layouts without breaching containment. Their hermeticity leakage rate is ≤10-6 atm.cm-3/s and 100% controlled before shipment.

Connectors are equipped with five different keying features to protect contacts during the mating process, eliminating the possibility of damage due to cross-mating.  Our UL-certified connectors are recognized by Underwriters Laboratory Inc.® as compliant with the UL 1977 standard (Component Connectors for Use in Data, Signal, Control and Power Applications).

Safety at the heart of our designs

We have a unique knowledge in the design and the realizations of complex interconnect systems such as the penetrator for containment buildings, with a concept of total safety for the user against gamma radiation, or radiation during maintenance operations.
