Sunflex conduits offers a wide array of qualified fluoroplastic flexible conduit liners for aerospace, military, defense and industrial wire harness industries.
Conduit liners are available in a multitude of aerospace grade materials (ETFE, PTFE, FEP, PEEK, PFA, metallic, etc.) to meet the most stringent requirements. They provide a sturdy, reliable wire protection solution and are manufactured to respective OEM and industry specifications while maintaining flexibility for most static and dynamic routing requirements.
Heat-treated beryllium copper locking springs assure proper locking and alignment of contacts in housing. RC socket contacts have a closed entry design to prevent probe damage -- features that ensure long-term, high-level performance.
We also propose different types of packaging compliant to all volumes of production: contacts can be delivered in a bulk package (50 pcs or 1000 pcs) or on reel (2000 pcs reeled) for automatic crimping.
