The Eaton Innovative Technology XT series surge protective device (SPDs) is the first to feature self-protected metal oxide varistors (MOVs) for superior energy capacity and fail-safe operation. Utilizing low-temperature solder, these SPDs ensure high surge current sustainability and safe disconnection during low-level fault events, preventing device failure. Available in 50 and 100 kA peak surge current ratings, the XT series offers versatile voltage applications from 100 to 600 Vac, and supports various wiring systems. With a compact design, high-intensity LED indicators and compliance with UL 96A, NFPA and RoHS standards, the XT series is ideal for residential, light industrial and commercial protection needs.
